The Clubrooms, which are set in park like surroundings in the heart of Waikanae’s garden area, are available for  private hire. There are seating for 180 people. Access to the building and toilets are also suitable for disabled people.

Hire Costs
Are based on an hourly rate, available on request.  The rate is very competitive.


Parking
Ample off street parking is available.


Kitchen
This is  available as part of the Clubroom's  hire.  Caterers using this facility must be registered.


Bar
​​​​​​​Fully licensed services are available.  Should a special license be required this can be arranged. BYO is not permissible.

All bar purchases are cashless. Electronic banking and pay wave are available.

Clubrooms

Comprises a large hall area consisting of a carpeted lounge bar area and  floor space which can be used for 

  •      Weddings and anniversaries  
  •      Dancing or dining
  •      Evening social functions 
  •     Corporate, social and bowling occasions
  •     Activities and functions that do not conflict       with daytime Club bowling
